We talk a lot about building generational wealth—but what’s wealth without wellness? Too many families are losing the legacy they’re working to build because a diabetes or high blood pressure diagnosis disqualifies them from affordable life insurance. If we don’t track and manage our health, we’re not just risking our lives—we’re risking our children’s future. Livalytics helps communities take control of their numbers now—so they can preserve their legacy later.
This year, we are proud to expand our mission with a Community Health Initiative launching on Juneteenth in partnership with African American churches. By combining the tools of technology with the values of faith, we aim to help congregations and youth alike take charge of their health, fitness, and well-being; and close the gap in health disparities—one step, one breath, one badge at a time.
Our Mission
Providing the under-resourced community a real path into the STEM workforce, by preparing diverse youth with relevant teamwork and hands-on technical training; and matching them with leading organizations for coop or apprenticeship opportunities in Business Skills such as:
- Business Process Analysis & Improvement
- Robotics & Automation
- Salesforce(TM) CRM / IT Administration

To Shepherd is to guide, watch over, or lead. The leaders in our organization recognized a need to change the conversation in our communities about STEM careers and employment opportunities. We also recognize the need to share our experiences and provide hands-on learning experiences for our participants.
Our Methods
Our coaches and mentors use teamwork and competition to engage and excite our youth and help them to focus on giving their maximum positive effort for our entire community. Using data driven models for STEM and Sports, we provide experiences that can make a life-changing difference.
