To Shepherd is to guide, watch over, or lead. The leaders in our organization recognized a need to change the conversation in our communities about STEM careers and employment opportunities. We also recognize the need to share our experiences and provide hands-on learning experiences for our participants.
Our Methods
Our coaches and mentors use teamwork and competition to engage and excite our youth and help them to focus on giving their maximum positive effort for our entire community. Using data driven models for STEM and Sports, we provide experiences that can make a life-changing difference.
